Macie Chavez is a 24-year-old girl with both the attention span and the randomness of a 7-year-old kid. She likes purple, hiphop, swimming and washboard abs. She's weird but friendly. If you you want to connect, chat or get to know her, drop her an email or leave her a tweet. She replies, swear on the River Styx.

Semi-over it

I had two class today: 104 and 130. I was watching some subbed videos and doing some org stuff so I was able to complete my paper for 130 at about 4 in the morning.
My sister just informed me that she was at the airport with MOM yesterday to see a glimpse of Shinee. I was speechless. She didn't even tell me that she was going there.
I was really sad that I wasn't able to go to the concert. But lookig back, I didn't really do much to get a ticket. I didn't even go to NBN station which is near UP. For the record, I'm also a Sky Cable subscriber. Oh well, I'm semi-over it. Maybe it wasn't for me. Just next time, don't do free concerts. I hate free concerts. There's always scarcity of tickets. And the first come first serve basis. Paying is still the best, guaranteed seats of your choice :))
So to distract myself, I went to the movies with Ivy and Bryan. It really happened so fast. Next thing I know, I was watching the movie.
Ivy: Manonood kami Ninja Assassin.
Macie: Kailan? Parang gusto ko rin.
Ivy: Ngayon na. Paalis na kami Sama ka?
Macie: As in ngayon na? *thinks for a second* Okay. Sama ako.
Ninja assassin is not a movie for people with light stomachs. 85% of the movie is action and BLOOD. 15% is for the dialogue. Rain was not spazz worthy in the movie. But oh my god, Lee Joon is. He acted so well. Lee Joon FTW! Lee Joon gets to kiss a girl while Rain didn't. ROFL. Next time Rain, next time.

we live under the same sky
“To put away aimlessness and weakness, and to begin to think with purpose, is to enter the ranks of those strong ones who only recognize failure as one of the pathways to attainment; who make all conditions serve them, and who think strongly, attempt fearlessly, and accomplish masterfully.”
- James Allen Quotes
Sometimes I wonder how people see me and what they think of me. It scares me a bit, honestly. I am sure though, that what they think of me,
what they think my life is, is a complete misperception. I have always tried to show myself as a carefree person, as someone who wont get bothered
because of public judgements. I am sure my friend and family think there is nothing going wrong in my life, that I do not worry enough, that
I am always happy. And I am sure they probably somewhat hate me for it because, lets admit it, there is nothing worse than seeing someone
who is life seems so perfect while yours is a complete mess. Truth is, I have become an expert at pretending. I think we are all experts
or at least we are getting there.
